Hyper 9E Racing At West Coast RC Raceway in La Mirada California.

I’m racing in the Sportsment Class of 1/8th scale 4wheel Drive Buggy. I qualified second place, which is the best I’ve ever done. The Matrix Concepts Inc. Carbon Fiber Chassis and all Accessories made the buggy light enough that I can run a 2cell LiPo with a 1409 1Y motor and I’m still as fast or faster, than all other 1/8th scale buggies at the track. It was a great day, for sure. If you would like to buy a Matrix Concepts Inc. Carbon Fiber Chassis, Google Search Matrix Concepts Inc, and email Robert directly. These chassis will sell for around 100.oo. Lighter, stronger and more flexible than stock. And in four years of the carbon fiber chassis being raced, not one has broke. These chassis weigh almost 1/2 the weight of the stock aluminum chassis. And have replaceable droop screw plates as well.

I’m running the Hyper 9E with Matrix Concepts Inc. Carbon Fiber Chassis, Carbon Fiber Shock Towers, Carbon Fiber Radio Tray, and Carbon Fiber center diff Top Plate, + Carbon Fiber Rear Chassis Brace. I’m also running the 1409 1Y 3600kv motor, with a 15Tooth Pinion Gear, and Losi 43Tooth Spur Gear(I modified the gear in order for it to fit proper). The motor temp was 151 Degrees Max. This Steve Nue motor is safe at terperatures up to but not in excess of 200 degrees. I do not yet have any weight specifications because I do not have a scale to weigh the buggy. as soon as I have the weight of the buggy, I will post those details and specifications as soon as I have them.
